Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina defeated Nievera by her impressive striking ability at the end of the fight through knees to the body. In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina received a UFC deal. Antonina Shevchenko made her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hitters Finale, where she faced Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko was victorious with a unanimous decision. She losing her following fight to Roxanne Modafferi via split decision. Antonina bounced back from losing to defeat Lucie Pudilova with a back-naked choke submission during the second round of UFC on ESPN Covington Vs. Lawler. She earned the extra fight of the night for this fight. Shevchenko was 2-2 during her subsequent three matches, winning against Ariane Lipski, while being defeated by Katlyn Clarkagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina lost to Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO in the second round of UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
