Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actress, comedian and television host. She is most well-known for her work as hostess of Dinner and a Movie (TBS) and as an environmentalist who was a part of secular humanism as well as environmental issues. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times best-selling author and critically acclaimed actress is the best-selling New York Times author of her memoirs: In the Place You Are They Are I See That You Did An Effort say Tomato When you say Fired, I Say Shut up and was fired. The show also featured the Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has served as a frequent host on TBS Dinner & a Movie.
